. PEAKBAR products will be closely regulated to prevent misuse.
. "This product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance." will be printed on the box of any of PEAKBAR products.
. The official PEAKBAR website is age-gated to prevent minors from accessing and buying PEAKBAR products there.
Note: This clause applies to any PEAKBAR reseller and user.
We all have a stake in protecting teenagers’ safety. To maximize positive impact, we make every effort to review each distributor’s willingness and spread the word among them, to ensure that every PEAKBAR product ends up in the right place. We also have reseller agreements that entail oversight and sanctions for breaking age limitations.
PEAKBAR asks you to join us in the MINOR-PROTECTION campaign to fight together.
